Violation of these Rules and Regulations shall result in revocation of permit and/or criminal charges filed and permanent revocation of permit:
1. Location of the burn shall not be closer than 50 feet from any structure and adequate provision is made to prevent fire from spreading to within 50 feet from any structure.
2. Fire shall not contain any rubbish, garbage, trash, any material mad of or coated with rubber, plastic, leather or petroleum based materials.
3. Fire shall not be started with or contain any flammable combustible liquids.
4. Fire must be attended at all times and adequate fire extinguishing equipment available.
5. The fire may be requested to be extinguished if smoke or odor emission become offensive to surrounding area.
6. The location of burn cannot be in an incorporated area or within 1000 feet of said area.
7. All burning shall be done during daylight hours - 8:00am till dusk.
