CPR & First Aid Training

Mt. Orab Fire Department offers a variety of CPR and First Aid trainings designed to meet the needs of individuals as well as businesses. Our instructors can train students of all ages to perform these lifesaving skills.  We can provide training for youth groups; babysitters and child care providers; foster parents; high school and college students; as well as health care providers.  This training can be designed to meet the needs of business owners, managers and employees.  The training can cover Basic First Aid, Adult, Child, and Infant Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and covers how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).  We also offer Advanced Cardiac Life Support courses for healthcare providers.

Our instructors are certified to teach through the American Heart Association and course participants will receive their certification card through the American Heart Association upon successful course completion.

Through the American Heart Association we can offer instructor lead classes or blended learning classes with skills sessions to ensure each participant is confident in performing these lifesaving techniques.

Currently there are restrictions on class sizes due to COVID-19.  We are encouraging blended learning courses for larger groups at this time.
